2023 SANTA SPECIAL CHRISTMAS TRAIN

Take a magical 70-minute journey by rail with Santa and his delightful friends. Make memories and celebrate the season with a train ride full of fun, laughter and Christmas spirit.  There will be holiday characters visiting your passenger coach throughout the train ride including Santa & Ms. Claus, Santa’s Elves, Frosty the Snowman and many more.

The holiday experience during the train ride is the same for everyone. Your seats are assigned as you select them online so be sure to get seats next to one another to keep your party together. All indoor seating is climate controlled for your comfort. Restrooms are available on the train. Due to the historic nature of our passenger coaches, there is No ADA accessibility. Food and drink service will not be available during the train ride. You may purchase popcorn, beer, wine, cocktails, and snacks at the station prior to departure and bring them on board. Coolers, outside food and beverages are NOT Permitted on the train.

Seats are arranged 2 x 2 with an aisle between. Due to it’s historic nature, this car is not ADA accessible.

Silver Tureen

This car has booth-style seating at a table for 4 people. You are required to purchase all four seats at the table. Due to it’s historic nature, this car is not ADA Accessible.

Caboose

Book the entire caboose for a private party experience and bring up to 10 people along for the ride. Toddlers ages 2 and under are lap riders and do not count as riders.
There is no ADA Accessibility or bathroom access in the caboose.

No matter where you sit, you’re going to love your journey to Santa Land in this magical celebration of Christmas. Enjoy a short preshow of holiday dancers at Kingsland Station before you hop on board.  Sing carols with some elves and then get ready with your camera. Santa will pay a special visit to your train car.

Open Air

Open Air Car features wood benches back-to-back in a covered, open-air setting. There is NO restroom availability in the open-air cars. Go before you go!

Ohio State University Passenger Coach features 56 seats arranged 2 x 2 separated by an aisle.  The 8 seats in the middle face each. Restrooms are only available by walking through the cars to the Golden Sand.
